Your Guide to Cellulite

Your Guide to Cellulite

Your Guide to Cellulite
 Do you have cellulite? If you do, you’re definitely not alone! Cellulite is as common as it is annoying—and it can seem like you’ll never get rid of it completely. The good news is that you don’t have to worry about finding ways to hide your cellulite forever. Learning more about this type of fat, as well as what you can do to get rid of it, can help you regain confidence in the way you look.
 What is cellulite?
Cellulite has many names: gynoid lipodystrophy, adiposis edematosa, dermopanniculosis deformans, status protrusus cutis—just to name a few. No matter what you call it, you can spot cellulite by its distinctive dimply appearance. This type of fat is subcutaneous, which means it’s located directly beneath the skin. There are different types of cellulite that tend to be more common in different individuals:
  • Soft cellulite can be found in parts of the body that already contain excess fat.
  • Hard cellulite can appear around the hips and thighs regardless of the amount of fat present in those areas.
  • Edematous cellulite is the least common type and is associated with fluid retention and poor circulation.
 What causes cellulite?
We all know that inactivity and a poor diet can contribute to weight gain, but most people don’t typically think of cellulite as being associated with these lifestyle choices. While taking in more calories than you burn on a regular basis can contribute to your likelihood of developing cellulite, it is not the only factor believed to be responsible for this type of subcutaneous fat:
  • Genetics play a big part in determining who develops cellulite.
  • Hormonal imbalances can also be the cause, as women who have excess estrogen in their bodies—such as from taking birth control pills—tend to have a higher risk of developing cellulite.
  • Smoking and stress can both affect your connective tissues, making cellulite more likely to appear.
 Who gets cellulite?
Cellulite can affect almost anybody, but it is typically much more common in women than in men. This type of fat can pop up on people of all ages—some women start seeing cellulite in their teens and 20s, while others don’t start noticing it until their 30s, 40s, or even 50s. While it is common for people to start seeing cellulite as they gain weight, this type of fat can also affect people who are thinner and within a healthy weight range. Those who are thin but don’t have a lot of muscle tone and instead have a higher body fat percentage—also known as “skinny fat”—may be more likely to develop cellulite.
 Can you get rid of cellulite on your own?
Because certain lifestyle factors can increase your risk for cellulite, you may be able to reduce its appearance by changing your day-to-day routine. Exercising regularly, eating right, quitting smoking, and drinking more water may result in less visible cellulite, but these lifestyle changes may not get rid of it completely. A healthy lifestyle is never a bad idea, though—and following these steps can help stop more cellulite from forming.
 What is the most effective way to get rid of cellulite?
If you really want to say goodbye to cellulite and hello to firmer and more attractive skin, then it’s important to find an anti-aging center that offers body contouring and skin tightening treatments. Cellulite. When is an effective massage?

Causes of cellulite may be many, but the only main reason is the intoxication of the body. The causes of intoxication can be different and, as a rule, this leads to disturbances in the circulation of fluids in the body. It is about blood, lymph, intercellular fluid. The normal lymph movement provides the timely removal of toxins from the intercellular medium, and good blood circulation provides the nutrition of cells and saturation with oxygen for further life. When the vessels, on which the cell receives oxygen and the necessary substances for it and on which the elimination of toxic products of its life, is compressed, all processes are slowed down, or even stopped.

As a result, fatty cells (adipocytes) that make up the subcutaneous fat layer suffer from excess water and carbon dioxide, blasting and displacing adjacent cells. Uneven placement of cells on the surface of the skin forms an uneven relief, which is commonly called cellulite. Between them, cells enlarged, crush the vessels, which worsen the situation.
Fat cells are designed to accumulate and store energy that is so necessary for the body. During the separation of fats (lipids), water, carbon dioxide and toxins are released. Delayed, toxins destroy the cell's structure from within, both its nucleus and the cell's shell. There are inflammatory processes, the cell weakens, its cell melt and the cells "stick together" among themselves, there is a fibrous cellulitis or, as accepted in medicine, lipodystrophy - the last stage of cellulite development.
Stage 1: first changes in cells, the onset of cellulite occurring on the micro-level and is detected only in a microscopic study;
Stage 2: It is possible to detect cellulite manifestations by grabbing the tissues into a fold;
Stage 3: the relief of the skin has changed, it is in the standing or sitting position;
Stage 4: Tummy, cyanosis, fatty tissue reborn, new tumors may occur.

Massage manipulations are usually subject to 2-3 stages of cellulite development. At the 4th stage, the massage is powerless and the hardware is undergoing treatment.
Cellulite in men and women is manifested differently. In women, the strategic zones of fat deposits are the buttocks, thighs, and more often the abdomen and shoulders. Men have a stomach - front and side parts. The structure of adipose tissue in men and women is also different, so it is not so difficult for men to get rid of this disease.
During the massage in the fight against cellulite it is necessary to ensure a good circulation of blood, lymph, intercellular fluid, eliminate all possible stresses in muscles and other tissues.
